Addressing the high operational hazards of older catalogue-cutting machines, where brake and clutch wear leads to inaccurate positioning, and each product requiring bespoke scaffolding, coupled with non-interchangeable catalogue-cutting and nail-fastening mechanisms, our company has exclusively developed a semi-automatic catalogue-cutting machine featuring the following characteristics:

1. Hydraulically controlled cutting blade delivers rapid operation, achieving 100 up-and-down strokes per minute; Operates stably and reliably, eliminating positioning inaccuracies;

2. The platform moves forward and backward. After each cut, the platform retracts to turn the book. The cutting blade position is equipped with a safety light curtain, ensuring operational safety;

3. Equipped with a PLC touchscreen interface, product parameters are input via programming. The platform automatically reposition after each cut according to preset dimensions, eliminating ladder replacement;

4. Features interchangeable table tops enabling dual functionality—suitable for both catalogue cutting and nail clip trimming, offering economical practicality.
